  • SPRINT DISTANCE: 500-750m swim, 20k bike, 5k run*
  • OLYMPIC DISTANCE: 1500m swim, 40k bikem 10k run*
  • HALF DISTANCE: 1.9k swim, 90k bike, 21k run* FULL DISTANCE: 3.9k swim, 180k bike, 42k run* *
  • DISTANCES WILL VARY SLIGHTLY BETWEEN RACES
  • 1 Mile = 1.61 Kilometers
