By choosing to complete a competition in the future, you will be setting a realistic goal that we will help you obtain, even if you are not in shape yet! The coach will be there to support you for your race. Having someone in your corner during your race will always give strength and an advantage. Are there any athletic goals that you want to achieve, or do you want good health deep into old age? What steps are you going to take to achieve this?
- SPRINT DISTANCE: 500-750m swim, 20k bike, 5k run*
- OLYMPIC DISTANCE: 1500m swim, 40k bikem 10k run*
- HALF DISTANCE: 1.9k swim, 90k bike, 21k run* FULL DISTANCE: 3.9k swim, 180k bike, 42k run* *
- DISTANCES WILL VARY SLIGHTLY BETWEEN RACES
